Born in 1972. A visual artist and artistic activist, living and working in Gdańsk. Between 1991-1988 he was a student in the Chair of Intermedia, Academy of Fine Arts in Gdańsk. He cooperated with Wyspa Gallery and Otwarte Atelier in Gdańsk which at a later date was transformed into Łaźnia Centre for Contemporary Art.
Awardee of scholarships granted by the Ministry of Culture and by Allianz Kulturstiftung foundation.
In 2005, he received an honourable mention during 11th International Media Art Biennial WRO 05 in Wrocław.
His works may be found in public collections of Muzeum Sztuki in Łódź, Znaki Czasu Centre of Contemporary Art in Toruń, Museum of Warmia & Mazury in Olsztyn, GESSEL Foundation for the National Museum in Warsaw (formerly, the Foundation of Contemporary Art of the National Museum in Warsaw).
A co-founder of Wyspa Progress Foundation, the Central Office for Technical Culture (CUKT). Between 2009 and 2015, he was a board member of Kolonia Artystów Foundation.
Between 2013-2017, he was a member of the secretariat of the Citizens’ Forum of Contemporary Art.
Author of videos and artistic actions, very often employing humor and commenting on current affairs in a striking manner. He is very keen on linking art with the practical dimensions of life. This interface of art and reality and the ability to extract values emerging from such confrontations have become permanent components of his artistic undertakings.
In 2000, he was among originators and authors of the campaign of Wiktoria Cukt, a virtual presidential candidate for the post of the President of the Republic of Poland.
